    One Donate Ltd (trading as OneDonate) is committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all areas of its operations. We believe that a diverse and inclusive environment strengthens our platform, our partnerships, and the communities we serve.

    We are dedicated to creating a culture where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, and where differences are valued. This commitment extends to our employees, contractors, charity partners, corporate partners, donors, and all users of the OneDonate platform.

    This policy is guided by the principles of the UK Equality Act 2010 and reflects our responsibility to ensure that no individual is subject to unfair or unlawful discrimination.

    2. Scope

    This policy applies to:

    • Employees and contractors: All individuals engaged by the Company, whether full-time, part-time, or on a contractual basis
    • Charity and corporate partners: Organisations registered on or engaging with the OneDonate platform
    • Donors: Individuals who use the platform to make charitable donations
    • Platform users: All visitors and registered users of the OneDonate website and mobile applications

    The policy covers all aspects of the Company's activities, including recruitment, service delivery, platform design, partner onboarding, and external communications.

    • Ensuring that the donation process is straightforward and usable across a range of devices and assistive technologies
    • Welcoming charities of all sizes, causes, and communities onto the platform without prejudice
    • Monitoring platform content to ensure it does not promote discrimination or exclusion
    • Seeking feedback from users to identify and address barriers to participation

    6. Expectations of Partners

    Charity and corporate partners registered on the OneDonate platform are expected to share our commitment to equality and inclusion. Specifically, partners are expected to:

    • Comply with the Equality Act 2010 and all relevant anti-discrimination legislation
    • Ensure that content published on the OneDonate platform does not promote discrimination, hatred, or exclusion
    • Treat all donors, beneficiaries, and stakeholders with fairness and respect
    • Notify the Company of any concerns or incidents relating to discrimination or harassment connected to the platform

    The Company reserves the right to suspend or remove any partner that materially breaches these expectations, following an appropriate review process.

    7. Reporting Concerns and Complaints

    Any individual who believes they have been subject to or witnessed discrimination, harassment, or any breach of this policy is encouraged to report the matter promptly. Reports can be made:

    • By email to info@onedonate.co.uk
    • Through the Company's internal reporting channels (for employees and contractors)

    All complaints will be treated seriously, handled confidentially, and investigated promptly. No individual will be penalised or subjected to detriment for raising a concern in good faith.

    Where a complaint is upheld, the Company will take appropriate corrective action, which may include disciplinary measures, removal of content, or termination of a partnership.

    8. Policy Review

    This policy is reviewed at least annually, or sooner if required by changes to legislation, the Company's operations, or following a significant incident. Reviews are overseen by the Company's leadership team to ensure the policy remains effective, relevant, and aligned with best practice.

    Updates to this policy will be communicated to all employees and, where appropriate, to partners and platform users.
